Meet Andy Conn
Andy Conn is the founding partner of Conn Law Firm, a boutique trial practice in Savannah, Georgia, that limits its caseload by design so every catastrophic injury, trucking, medical malpractice, and products liability case gets the personal attention it deserves. Born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Andy has wanted to be a lawyer since middle school and found his calling representing injured victims during his first year at University of Georgia Law School. He has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star ten consecutive years and serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
Andy Conn built Conn Law Firm around a simple idea: serious cases deserve serious attention. After a decade of complex trial work — including a $16.5M products liability and medical malpractice verdict and an $18M medical malpractice settlement — Andy launched the firm in March 2025 to handle catastrophic injury, heavy truck and tractor-trailer collisions, medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death matters for clients in Savannah and across coastal Georgia. The firm intentionally takes fewer cases so Andy can personally manage every file, prepare each one as if it were headed to trial, and refer lower-value matters into a network of trusted local attorneys. Andy discovered his passion for plaintiff work in law school when he consistently found it easier to argue for injured victims than for wrongdoers. That trial-first posture is why insurance carriers, hospitals, manufacturers, and trucking companies in Georgia treat Conn Law Firm differently — and why Andy is regularly tapped by other plaintiff attorneys to co-counsel the cases most firms won't touch.
What Inspired Andy?
Andy Conn knew he wanted to be a lawyer from middle school, growing up in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He was drawn to the profession because attorneys seemed active in their communities and had interesting work that wasn't confined to an office all day. Andy always liked helping people, and the lawyers he observed appeared to be making a real difference. His path crystallized during his first year at University of Georgia Law School, where professors would have students argue both sides of a case. Andy consistently found it easy to argue for injured victims or people who had been wronged, but struggled when asked to argue for the wrongdoer. That experience made it clear he was meant to represent people who had been harmed by someone else's negligence.
Mission & Vision
Andy founded Conn Law Firm to represent people dealing with the worst day of their life — whether they suffered catastrophic injuries or lost a loved one. His mission is to take all the stress off his clients so they can focus on healing or grieving while he handles everything else. Andy believes his role is to say "I've got this" when insurance companies, investigators, and others are calling overwhelmed clients. The firm exists to give clients justice and peace of mind, not just compensation. Andy wants to prevent future tragedies by holding wrongdoers accountable and forcing companies to change unsafe practices through successful litigation.
Career History
Andy Conn spent a decade at a high-stakes trial firm building complex litigation experience in catastrophic injury, trucking, products liability, and medical malpractice before founding Conn Law Firm in March 2025. His verdict and settlement record includes a $16.5M products liability and medical malpractice result and an $18M medical malpractice settlement disclosed in April 2026. Andy was selected for the GTLA Lead Program in his first year of practice, has been named a Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star for ten consecutive years, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He also chairs the PAC board for the Civil Justice PAC and serves on the board of the Brightside CASA chapter for children in foster care in Chatham County.

Guiding Principles
The core values that drive Andy Conn and Conn Law Firm in every case they handle.
Limited Caseload
Conn Law Firm deliberately caps its active matters so Andy Conn can personally manage every catastrophic injury, trucking, medical malpractice, and products liability case.
Trial-Ready From Day One
Every case is prepared for trial from the first client call — expert lineup, deposition strategy, demonstratives — so insurance carriers and hospital defense counsel price settlement against real risk.
Coastal Georgia Focus
The firm is Savannah-anchored on purpose. Chatham County juries, the Southern District of Georgia, and coastal-Georgia carriers are different from metro Atlanta, and the firm's results come from understanding that.
Direct Communication
Clients deal with Andy Conn directly — not a rotating roster of associates — and receive plain-language updates on case strategy, settlement offers, and trial preparation.
Refer Out, Try the Hard Ones
Conn Law Firm refers lower-value matters to trusted local attorneys so it can take medical malpractice, products liability, and catastrophic trucking cases the rest of the bar declines.
